When you order from Miss Booger’s, LLC your order will be shipped either
via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping charges start at approximately $9.00
in the continental US and increases with weight. Currently, we do not
ship internationally; we will let our customers know when this option will be
available. Shipping calculations are
based on the actual weight of the item for most products. Additional surcharges/fees
may apply to larger items. Shipping totals are always listed for your review
prior to order completion.
We will process your order within 24 hours of receiving it.
Orders typically ship in 2 to 4 business days. You will normally get your
order in 7 - 10 business days. Homemade and some select items will take longer. A valid shipping address is required. We
can not ship to POB or military APO address. Customers that enter a Post
Office Box or APO for the shipping address are responsible for
shipping costs if the item is returned to our warehouse.
In the case of larger monetary value orders it may be necessary for us to
contact you for order authentication if the billing and shipping addresses are
different. In these cases there can be a delay in the shipment of the order.

If you need to return an item, please email us at missboogers@comcast.net with your
name and contact information, order number and the reason for return. We
will send you the address to which you must send it. Please be sure the following rules apply.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or
incorrect, notify us within (30) days for a full credit to be issued.

All returns must be complete, in resalable
condition (clean without signs of use) and placed in their original packaging
to receive a refund.

Products returned beyond (30) days of invoice
and in resalable condition will be subject to 25% restocking fee less shipping
charges.

Products returned not in resalable condition
(used or not in original packaging) will not be eligible for credit.
·
For your protection, we recommend you use a
carrier that will insure your package and supplies tracking information. Please
save the carrier receipt until you receive your refund.

We don not issue refund checks for orders paid
by credit card. We will issue a refund
to your credit card after our warehouse has received and processed your item.
Initial shipping costs to the customer are not refundable.

Products sold as “discontinued” will not be
eligible for return or credit.
·
Products reported as defective must have been
purchased within the last 90 days to qualify for credit. When possible, replacement parts or hardware
will be shipped instead of a new product.

Products reported for return after expiration
date will not be accepted for credit.
·
Price corrections must be submitted within (30)
days of invoice date.
·
Damages due to Carrier Delivery must be noted on
the bill of lading at time of delivery.
Credit will not be issued without this information. All claims will be processed through out
warehouse.
